Course Delivery & Technical Standards
- Live Instruction: All courses, seminars, and workshops are delivered live in real time via Zoom (zoom.us). Nothing is pre-recorded.
- Technical Requirements: Students must possess high-speed internet, a functional webcam, and a quality microphone or headset. Desktop or laptop computers are required; full functionality on tablets or mobile phones cannot be guaranteed. Fees are non-refundable due to personal technical or software incompatibilities.
- Live Classroom Presence: Webcams must remain turned ON throughout class sessions. Microphones must remain muted unless actively participating or invited to speak. Please present yourself with professional mindfulness and respect.
Curriculum, Materials & Copyright Protection
- Prerequisite Materials: If an official Theta Astrology® book associated with your course has been published, purchasing and reviewing the text is a required prerequisite.
- Instruction Language: Classes are taught in English unless explicitly advertised otherwise.
- Coursework & Intellectual Property: All manual PDFs, books, slides, and class materials are strictly copyrighted for individual personal study only. No text or media may be copied, reproduced, recorded, or recirculated in any form.
- Class Recordings: Classes are not available for student download. In the event a session is recorded for internal company archives, students will be notified prior to registration. Any archived recordings stored on cloud servers are permanently deleted after 30 days.
Classroom Ethics, Conduct & Chart Privacy
- Strict Confidentiality: Astrology requires deep discretion. All student interactions, chart discussions, and personal disclosures must remain strictly confidential and may not be shared outside the classroom.
- Natal Chart Display: Tutors may display student natal charts for educational discussions without birth data attached. If you prefer your chart not to be displayed, notify our office prior to the start of the course.
- Educational Material & Sensitivity: Tutors may reference historical figures, events, and traditional astrological terminology for diagnostic instruction. This does not imply moral endorsement of past actions or prejudice. We maintain high standards of contemporary cultural, race, gender, and age awareness while respecting traditional technical rigor. Disruptive behavior regarding case study material will result in removal from the course without a refund.
- Professional Conduct & Sobriety: Harassment, bullying, or attempting to use class time to promote non-relevant personal teachings or modalities is prohibited. Attending class under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances results in immediate dismissal without refund.
Attendance, Make-Up Hours & Certification
- Short Programs (1–5 Days): 100% attendance and active participation in exercises and discussions are required to receive a digital Certificate of Attendance.
- Extended Programs (10+ Days):
- Missing 1 day is permitted.
- Missing 2 days requires private make-up instruction ($200 USD fee per day / ~4 hours) before certification is issued.
- Missing 3 or more days results in automatic disqualification from graduation without refund.
- Punctuality: Arriving late repeatedly counts as an absence. Scheduled class breaks (~1 hour total for 6-hour intensive days; 5–10 minutes for 2-hour days) must be strictly respected.
- Official Practitioner Certification: Students receive a digital Certificate of Attendance after each course. Upon completing the Foundation Series and passing the final examination, students earn the official Theta Astrology® Certified Practitioner credential.
Cancellations, Refunds & Admin Deposits
- Student Cancellations: Cancellation requests received at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the start of the first class are eligible for a refund, minus a 15% non-refundable administrative fee. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice are non-refundable.
- School Cancellations: If a course is canceled or postponed by the administration due to low enrollment, tuition is refunded 100% in full. Theta Astrology® is not liable for external expenses incurred by the student.
- Payment Security: Payments are processed securely via PayPal. Credit card details are never stored on our website or shared with third parties.
Trademark & Brand Protection
- Registered IP: Theta Astrology® is registered nationally and internationally with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Usage Restrictions: The "Theta Astrology" trademark or brand name may not be used in external domain names, social media profiles, handles, groups, institutes, or business titles.
- Authorized Title: Certified graduates are legally authorized to market their services as a Certified Theta Astrology® Practitioner.
